Your data is yours, and protected

Your books, customers and payroll are your most important assets. Here is exactly what we do to protect them - no vague promises.

Encrypted connections

All traffic goes over HTTPS, and passwords are stored hashed (bcrypt) so nobody can read them, including us.

Two-factor login

Turn on a code from an authenticator app on top of the password, see the devices signed in to your account and sign them out.

Granular permissions

Each employee sees and does only what they need: a cashier can't see profits, a sales rep sees only their route. Enforced on the server, not just hidden.

Audit log

Every change or deletion is recorded: who, when and what it was before. Closed financial periods are locked so nobody edits final numbers.

Daily backups

A full backup every day stored off the server; download a copy or export to Excel any time.

On your server if you prefer

Don't want your data in the cloud? The software installs on your own server with a perpetual licence. Each company's data is fully isolated.

Your data belongs to you
