Do reps need a specific phone?
No. Any Android or iPhone with a browser; the app installs to the home screen.
What if a sale is sent twice because of a bad signal?
Each action has a unique ID from the phone, so a duplicate is recorded only once.
Can reps see costs or company profits?
No. Reps only see the rep screen: their customers, route and van.
Can reps take returns?
Yes. Returns go back to the van warehouse and appear in the settlement.
