What's inside
Batch and date on receipt
Enter the batch number and expiry when receiving; stock is split by batch.
Nearest expiry first
Every sale or issue takes from the batch that expires first (FEFO), without the cashier choosing.
Expired cannot be sold
The software refuses to sell from an expired batch. Only write-offs and supplier returns are allowed.
Alerts with value
A board shows the count and value of expired stock and stock expiring within 30, 60 and 90 days.
Batch tracing
Search a batch number to see its full history: who supplied it and who bought it, for recalls.

Do I need batches on every product?
No, only on products that expire. Cosmetics or accessories can stay without them.
I have old stock without dates. What happens?
It is kept under "no batch" and you can split it into dated batches during a stock count.
Is there a built-in drug database?
No. You add products or import them from Excel with barcodes and prices.
Does it work for several branches?
Yes. Each branch has a warehouse, and transfers carry the batch and its date.
