Installment software that knows who owes you today

If this sounds familiar, this is for you

  • Installments live in a notebook or spreadsheet and nobody is sure who paid.
  • Customers fall behind and you find out two months later.
  • Guarantor details are missing when you need them.
  • Interest is not in the books, so you do not know what installment sales really earn.

What's inside

Contract from the invoice

From any sales invoice press "Installments": down payment, months, interest rate and first due date. The schedule is generated and the contract prints.

Guarantor details

Guarantor name, phone, national ID and address are stored on the contract and printed on it.

Collection with receipts

Collect one installment, part of one or several at once. The amount is applied oldest first and a receipt prints.

Automatic WhatsApp reminders

A set number of days before each due date, the customer gets a reminder with the amount and date.

Overdue on one screen

Who is late, by how many days and how much, with call and message buttons on the same screen.

Correct accounting

Interest is booked as deferred and recognised with each collection, so real profit shows and the customer balance always equals what they owe.

How it works

  1. Invoice

Sell as usual; stock is deducted.

  2. Convert

    Down payment, months, interest, guarantor.

  3. Print

Hand the customer the contract and schedule.

  4. Collect

Receipts, reminders and overdue lists run themselves.

Installments are included in the Business plan (EGP 1,990/month for 10 users) and Pro, together with stock, invoicing, e-invoicing and accounting.
