StayPilot — Hotel Management Platform
A cloud hotel-management engine for a single hotel or a multi-country group: reservations, front desk, billing and a country compliance pack for Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the UAE. The tested server (v0.1) is ready; dashboards and the booking site are next.
StayPilot is a cloud hotel-management platform for single hotels and groups with properties in several countries. Each property's country selects a compliance pack that brings its taxes, invoice format and government reporting, so the core system never needs country-specific code.
The server (v0.1) is built and passes 36 automated tests on a real PostgreSQL database, including 10 simultaneous bookings fighting over the last two rooms. The management dashboard, booking website and kiosk screens are the next phase. Government integrations start in sandbox mode and need each hotel's official credentials before going live.
