Power Control — Odoo Upgrade & Digital Transformation
Upgraded Power Control from Odoo 14 to Odoo 17 Enterprise and split the business into three companies in one system: an industrial company, a contracting company and a showroom, each with the modules it needs.
Power Control was running Odoo 14 and suffered from the same blind spots as many growing groups: no clear view of balances, sales, production, costs or attendance.
We upgraded the whole system to Odoo 17 Enterprise and restructured it into three companies inside one database, each with the modules its business really needs. The industrial company runs inventory, manufacturing, purchasing, sales, accounting, HR, quality and maintenance. The contracting company runs the standard modules plus a custom Construction & Claims module we built for it: Bills of Quantities, customer and subcontractor progress claims, and project cost control against budget. The showroom company runs inventory, manufacturing, purchasing, sales, accounting, HR, quality and maintenance.
Management can switch between the three companies in one click, while every company keeps its own accounts, stock and records.
