Structa keeps every project's numbers in one place: the bill of quantities, the monthly progress claims you submit to the client, what each job has actually cost, and where the schedule stands. Physical progress is calculated from the claims themselves, so the forecast cost at completion and expected margin update automatically and warn you before a job runs over budget.

It runs on your own PC or server with a single database file, in Arabic (RTL) or English. Five user roles control who can see and change what, every change is logged, and claims print as a signed-off document with retention, advance recovery, penalties and VAT.

New in v3: RFIs, variation orders that update the contract value and become billable BOQ lines, and an estimating workbench that converts a bid into a project with a priced BOQ — plus plans, REST API and webhooks.
